So here goes...

So after six years I decide to blog again..Why you may ask?

1. It is now a professional liability to write well
2. I am tired of being the cynical observer and want to participate and engage with this world
3. I need a medium , I need a voice amidst this noise, amidst the cacophony of this world.
4. I need to learn to be fearless and be courageous enough to be judged.
5. Apathy and Compromise are things I need to avoid.

So why does anyone write, for plaudits from the pundits, for the sheer joy of word play, for catharsis?

Or just wanting to be heard, tired of being mute and wanting to send out their message to this world, that

I am here, I exist, I belong and I am trying to make sense of this world.

There have been the great ones who you give your rapt attention to, there are those who challenge you with their thoughts and force you to consider the argument and formulate the idea.

There are others whose prose sooths and calms like a sea spray on a windy beach.

And there are others who revolutionise a concept and invigorate you with their grand visions of what could be.

So why am I seeking this medium , this outlet to the world.

Because I need to challenge myself

I need to start being unafraid.

I may be mediocre or not.

I may have an audience or not.

The audience ....., the judgement will be passed by those that read you, the scales will be weighed and you will arrive or be banished as the wannabe self indulgent writer.

So if you have survived this post.I thank you for your time.
